Christmas is fast approaching. If you require framing before Christmas Day, orders must be placed by Saturday 8th December at the very latest. After this date, we can not guarantee work will be completed before 25th December. We apologise for any inconvenience.
Photal Photography is a family run business based in Shoreham-by-Sea, in West Sussex, which initially started as a means for Aaron Broadhouse (the owner), to display his own work. However, Photal Photography has expanded, now offering local artists a chance to display their own work, with new talent constantly growing.
A bespoke framing and mount cutting service is now offered to customers, with a selection of mouldings and mount boards to choose from, in our shop.
Photal Photography also specialises in a restoration and archival service from photographs and negative slides.
Aaron Broadhouse is the master mind behind Photal Photography. After studying City and Guilds Photography at Bedford College, he furthered his education in photography at Leicester University receiving an HND in 1997.
Aaron has had work taken by the Barbican Centre and had several images taken by the BBC for the tv programme Cuffs. It was an exciting opportunity to display work on national television. Aaron was also an extra in the first episode of Cuffs.
He not only has a passion for photography but, has recently gained interest in framing. He finished a Level 2 CAA Diploma in Carpentry and Joinery at Brighton College in 2014, and now offers customers a framing service as well as access to his photography.
Framing and Mounting
Framing is a big part of our business, offering customers a wide selection of mouldings and mount board to choose from. Whether you are after something small or large, we aim to please. With our bespoke framing, we can create unusual sized frames and mounts, in a variety of colours to suit you.
Light boxes are an exciting and modern way of displaying your photographs in your home. They come in a variety of sizes and take a standard 25 watt LED bulb, which you can buy in your local supermarket.
Looking for an unusual gift, but not sure what to buy? Then gift vouchers can solve that problem and allows the recipient to purchase sometime for themselves. No more worrying if they will like it or not, as they can make that decision.
